FEATURE DESCRIPTION
The Electra Elite IPK system provides softkeys on all display Electra Elite IPK (DTH), Dterm Series i
(DTR), Electra Elite (DTU), or Dterm Series E (DTP) Multiline Terminals. Currently Speed Dial Scrolling
Directories, and EliteMail Digital Voice Mail systems make extensive use of these keys to guide a station
user effortlessly through difficult-to-use feature operations.
ENHANCEMENT(S)
R4000 or higher is required to support Interactive Softkeys.

or VMS ETU currently use softkeys.

For more detailed operation for each Interactive Softkey, refer to Features and Specifications
Manual for the related feature.
Restrictions:

R4000 or higher is required to support the Interactive Softkeys.

Interactive Softkeys are not available when an ACD Plus or Q-Master Agent or Supervisor is
logged on.
